Fresh flowers. Head to your local farmers market or grocery store and pick up a fresh bouquet of tulips – they are an Easter favorite! Right in time for spring, their variety of colors are sure to make your dining center piece pop. Grab a large glass vase or white ceramic pitcher – something with a unique shape, or texture, that doesn’t steal away from the beautiful flowers but adds interest.

Table runner. Add some texture to your table with a table runner! Try to pick something that ties in with your dining room’s current style, or if you have a very neutral color palette, get a runner with a bright pastel pattern! A soft ticking stripe, checkered neutral, or this sweet table runner from Target are some great options.

Place mats, napkins, & chargers. Having multiple layers to your dining room table creates a very elevated, sophisticated look that your guests will adore. Placemats, napkins, and chargers bring more texture and interest to your table setting. Find napkins and place mats that coordinate well with the table runner. They don’t need to match exactly but you also don’t want them competing with one another. If you have a neutral table runner, jazz it up with patterned napkins and gold chargers – check out these beauties! When styling there aren’t any hard and fast rules – it’s all about playing with options and finding out the unexpected work really well together.

Hand written place cards. A fun added touch to your table is creating place cards. Practice your best calligraphy skills and hand write your guests names on DIY cutout cards. Grab some fun place card holders at Target or fold your cards into an A shape for them to stand alone. Maybe you pre-assign the seating arrangement or have them grab their name card and pick their seats.

There are so many directions you could go in and ways to get more creative when setting your table for Easter so as a bonus to some of our go-to tips, here are some of our fave ideas for Easter dining table styling:
